We encourage you to verify all of your shipping and billing information before placing your order. If you need to change either the shipping or billing information, you will have to cancel the order and resubmit with the correct information. Once the order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the order.

Where does my order ship from?
Nook & Niche ships all orders from inside the United States.
Where do you ship orders?
As of now, Nook & Niche offers free shipping throughout the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally. For more information on shipping, please visit our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my package?
We'll send you an email confirming your order and another email the day that it's been delivered to be shipped out. You should receive a tracking number in the second email.
Is my package delayed or missing?
Nook & Niche strives to have all orders delivered within 10 business days. Orders that are placed before 11:59pm EST will likely be processed the next business day (except all major holidays). If there are any delays or issues when delivering your order, our team will contact you to provide an update. If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly here.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Your order may have been broken up into multiple shipments depending on the products. If you are given a tracking number, please refer to that for updates. If you believe your received order is incomplete, please contact your customer support team here.
